Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In the same condition you received it
    • In its original packaging


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer


Return Process

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)


Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds



  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.




Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.



Exchanges



We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.



Cancellations



Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped.
